Every man empowered to own a business and build a life of meaning
Free business education, real local community, and year-round connection for men to own businesses and thrive as fathers, husbands, and leaders.
The fire gathers us.
The table grows us.
What this is
Two gatherings a month, in the city you already live in.
This is not a networking group. Nobody here is a prospect.
There are no dues and no membership fees — there never will be. One gathering is open to every man. The other is for men who own a business. Both are free, both are in person, and both run on the same thing: showing up.
01 In the Room
Transformation happens when men gather locally and consistently. We prioritize in-person connection over digital convenience, because real relationships need shared space, eye contact, and showing up.
02 Complete Living
Business achievement means nothing without thriving marriages, engaged fatherhood, and deepened faith. We pursue excellence in all the areas that matter — and we extend the invitation widely.
03 Show Up & Serve
Growth happens through consistent presence and generous contribution. We invest in our communities, share freely, and lead by example — at the table and in the world.

The Fire
A backyard, a fire pit, lawn chairs, and no agenda beyond being there. Entrepreneurs, 9-to-5 guys, dreamers, and men who aren't sure what they're looking for — all around the same fire.
- No vetting, no prerequisites, no application. Just show up.
- Alcohol-free, and the cooler is always stocked.
- Bring a friend, bring your questions, or just bring yourself.
- This is where men find out they're not the only one.

Monthly · 7:00am · Business owners
The Table
A coffee shop before the workday. Small roundtables where business owners work through what they're actually carrying — the decision, the roadblock, the thing they haven't said out loud yet.
- A quarterly rhythm: self-assessment, problem-solving, then a book.
- Real accountability across business, marriage, and fatherhood.
- Coffee is covered each month by one member, so nobody reaches for a wallet.
- Still free — it just asks for ownership and consistent presence.
You own a legal business entity — LLC, S-corp, sole proprietorship, or nonprofit. Any size, any stage, any industry. A man with a side-hustle LLC sits equal to a man running a $10M company.

How it grows
Every man starts at the fire.
The fire awakens something. When he launches his business, he earns his seat at the table. And when he's ready, he sets one in his own city.
He comes to the fire
No barrier to entry. He shows up, meets men who are further along, and discovers the stirring he's been carrying isn't unusual.
He earns his seat
He launches his entity and joins the table — where the conversation gets specific, honest, and accountable, month after month.
He sets a table
He knows the rhythm well enough to start one closer to home. The goal was never one big room. It's many small tables, near where men actually live.
Where we gather
Radically local, on purpose.
Coffee shops and backyards, not conference centers or Zoom rooms. We only launch where there's a man on the ground who'll carry it.

Conversations underway
Men in other cities are already asking. If that's you, we'd love to talk.
Free forever
No dues. No fees. Ever.
If a man can buy a cup of coffee, he can access everything Tablesetters offers. We stay free through simple generosity — members serving each other, one month at a time.
One business owner covers the coffee carafe at the Table, and gets five minutes to tell everyone what he's building. Not a pitch — the community saying we see you.
One man brings the cooler to the Fire, stocked with sparkling water and N/A drinks. Alcohol-free done generously instead of restrictively.
Who we are
The men who set the tables.

Find your seat
Come to the fire. Bring a friend.
A table of four men who show up consistently will outpace a room of twenty who don't. Start with one gathering.
